The brief
Aura Heights needed to position a 48-residence luxury project on Mussoorie Road with the care of a brochure and the utility of a sales tool. The site had to communicate trust, floor plans, specifications, location, and aspiration without becoming a property aggregator.
The design approach was quiet authority: warm surfaces, bronze accents, editorial serif type, subtle reveals, and a buyer journey that validates the project before asking for an enquiry.
Dark theme
The project uses a dual-theme system. This case study leans into the darker alternative from the site palette to keep the portfolio cinematic.

Design decisions
The site avoids loud luxury signals. Editorial typography, measured spacing, warm surfaces, and subtle reveals make the project feel confident without over-selling.
The page order follows how a premium buyer evaluates property: positioning, trust, plans, specifications, features, gallery, location, and enquiry.
RERA, MDDA, gated security, unit data, and specification depth are surfaced before heavy emotional selling, because credibility matters at this price point.
Site architecture
Trust signals come before floor plans because buyers in this segment validate RERA, MDDA, and project quality before they study layouts. Each section advances that evaluation.
Hero with address and premium positioning
Overview facts and project scale
RERA, MDDA, and security trust signals
Tabbed floor plans with six unit types
Dark vision section with scroll-triggered video
Accordion specifications by category
Gallery route and visual preview strip
Mapbox location section with connectivity data
Floor plans
The floor plan section uses tabs for three main configurations, with L/R variants shown together and keyplan diagrams included so buyers can evaluate light, privacy, and placement.
2BHK L1 - R1, 1913 sq ft
3BHK L3 - R3, 2570 sq ft
3BHK+ L2 - R2, 2596 sq ft
L/R mirrored variants shown together
Keyplan diagrams included with floor plates
Enquiry CTA attached to each unit type
Location system
The location section uses Mapbox instead of a default Google Maps iframe, allowing the map to carry the same warm, muted visual language as the rest of the site. Seventeen connectivity landmarks are paired with the map to turn location into an interactive sales point.
